Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in fabrication for Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory fabrication role.
• Welding inspection certification (CSWIP / AWS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all fabrication shop activities including structural steel and piping.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.
• Monitor fabrication progress and take corrective actions as needed.
