Job summary

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage/Hotel Manager to lead all F&B operations across culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge, with a track record of managing multi-unit F&B teams in premium resort or city hotels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years F&B or related experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related field with 2 years F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service.
• Develops and implements business plans for F&B and related financial goals.
• Maintains standards and compliance with applicable F&B laws and regulations.
• Leads and develops the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensures budget adherence and drives guest satisfaction and profitability.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in F&B or related area

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Admin or related major; 2 years experience
