Senior F&B Finance Manager - Multi-Outlet

Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on Accountant to oversee the finance function for a growing chain of 10+ coffee shops in the UAE. You will manage daily accounting, procurement controls, inventory, payroll, and management reporting, collaborating with Operations, Procurement and outlet teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of F&B cost control, POS integration and multi-outlet financial oversight. You will own the accounting cycle across all locations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in F&B, café, restaurant, or multi‑outlet hospitality.
• Experience managing finance activities across multiple branches/outlets.
• Strong knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory, procurement and outlet profitability.
• Experience with AP, AR, GL, payroll, inventory accounting, reconciliations and reporting.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle across 10+ coffee shop locations.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
• Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes and fixed asset schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Produce branch-wise P&L and performance reports for management.
