Accountant - F&B / Multi-Outlet Operations

Job summary

IRTH is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to oversee the full accounting cycle for 10+ coffee shop locations in Dubai. You will manage GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations, and produce monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.

The role requires ~5+ years in F&B accounting, strong cost-control knowledge, and UAE regulatory proficiency. A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous for outlet coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approx. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience managing finance across multiple outlets and strong cost-control knowledge.
• Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations (VAT, corporate tax) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle across 10+ coffee shop locations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Reconcile daily outlet sales across POS systems, cash, cards, and delivery platforms.
• Track food and beverage costs, gross margins, and COGS.
• Oversee procurement controls, including PO-GRN-Invoice three-way matching.
• Maintain inventory records, counts, and variance investigations.
• Process monthly payroll inputs and reconcile employee costs.
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements.

• Process monthly payroll inputs and reconcile employee costs
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare short-term cash flow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in F&B, restaurants, or hospitality
• Experience managing finance activities across multiple branches or outlets
• Strong understanding of F&B cost control and outlet-level profitability
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of UAE financial and regulatory requirements
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage
