Job summary

Vertix Auditing in Abu Dhabi seeks a fully qualified External Auditor to conduct independent audits of client financial statements in line with ISA and local laws. You will also handle bookkeeping and accounting services for UAE-based and international clients.

You will plan, execute, and finalize audits, review statements for IFRS compliance, assess internal controls, perform testing, and document findings with clear reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA/ACA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 4–5 years of audit firm experience with a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and local laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize external audits for a range of clients.
• Review financial statements and records for IFRS compliance.
• Assess internal controls and identify weaknesses with recommendations.
• Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and risk assessments.
• Document audit findings and prepare professional audit reports.
• Communicate audit issues clearly to client management.
