Job summary

PwC UAE Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior External Audit Associate to join our Assurance practice. You will work with managers and seniors on multiple client engagements, building trust through analytics and solid audit judgment.

You will analyze financial statements, test controls, and reconcile variances while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development. Bilingual Arabic/English favored; visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• ACCA/CA/ACA/CPA preferred or in progress.
• Progressive external audit experience in a Big 4 firm.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial statements for regulatory compliance.
• Examine financial records, inventory, and related documents.
• Ask questions and gather information from client personnel.
• Test internal controls and audit evidence, assess risks.
• Coordinate with managers and partners on engagement progress.
• Provide coaching and feedback to junior team members.
• Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with risk, quality, and independence standards.
• Support digital upskilling and use of analytics tools.
