Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to translate strategy into detailed design across luxury retail touchpoints. You will craft journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes, collaborating with brand, digital, and store teams to shape member and customer journeys.

The role emphasizes CX/Service Design leadership, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure designs meet real store and customer needs while aligning with brand DNA.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years in CX/service design and UX design, ideally in luxury retail/hospitality/premium omnichannel.
• Strong ability to map journeys, blueprint services, and prototype concepts.
• Ability to work across physical and digital touchpoints, not just screens.
• Excellent documentation habits and ability to present work to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Contribute design craft to the Head of Experience Design's roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Define methodology, standards, and documentation for scaling the practice.
• Translate brand DNA into differentiating experiences across channels.
• Incorporate customer intelligence and journey insights into design decisions.
• Lead design work for experiential retail formats and key initiatives.
