Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Lead Experience Designer to translate brand strategy into concrete journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints. You will align teams from concept to delivery, grounding decisions in customer insight.

You will mentor designers, shape playbooks, and drive experiences for premium brands and Amber, collaborating with product, IT, and store teams in a luxury omnichannel context.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Design, UX/Service Design, or related field.
• CCXP or UX credentials are a plus.
• 4–7 years in CX/service design and UX, ideally in luxury retail or premium omnichannel environments.
• Strong journey mapping and prototyping skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute design craft expertise to BrHead of Experience Design's roadmap through detailed, actionable work.
• Define and maintain design methodology, standards, and documentation as the practice scales.
• Translate brand DNA into inspiring and differentiating experiences.
• Bring customer intelligence and journey insight into design decisions grounded in evidence.
• Lead design projects for Amber and other priority experiences, shaping member and frontline tools.
