Business Enhancers in Dubai seeks a Senior Executive – Finance to manage day-to-day financial operations, payroll, invoicing, and statutory compliance, while supporting monthly and annual reporting at the sub-group level.

This role sits within the regional finance function and combines hands-on transactional work with reporting, audit coordination, and compliance, ideal for someone comfortable owning the full cycle from books to filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter, or equivalent).
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in a finance role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in finance software/ERPs and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS reports and annual reports at the sub-group level.
• Prepare and maintain complete sets of books of accounts.
• Manage cash flow and banking operations.
• Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet schedules following timely book closures.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
• Manage monthly statutory compliance, including VAT and payroll taxes.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
• Support additional projects as assigned by Management.
