Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications is seeking an experienced production leader to oversee on-site delivery of large-scale events. You will work closely with Projects, Creative, Programming and client teams to protect the experience while keeping delivery practical, safe and on schedule.

The role requires 7+ years in event production, strong leadership, budget and scheduling skills, and a calm, people-centered approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale events from kickoff through post-event wrap.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, technical setups, logistics and vendor coordination.
• Demonstrated budget, resource, schedule and real-time troubleshooting capability.
• Bachelor's degree in Production, Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated production plans, schedules, budgets and specs.
• Track critical paths and approvals; manage changes early.
• Source and manage production suppliers and contractors.
• Review quotations and negotiate value with procurement/finance.
• Lead on-site mobilisation, installation, rehearsals and show run.
• Conduct briefings, inspections, snagging and issue resolution on site.
