Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a Senior Workplace Associate to lead EUC incident resolution and ensure first-touch handling for users. You will monitor queues, prioritize issues, and maintain SLA compliance while coaching others and collaborating with Service Operations teams.

With 5+ years in desktop support, you will oversee end-to-end issue ownership, improve efficiency, and participate in on-call rotations to support our premium luxury retail platforms across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace desktop support.
• Strong Windows & macOS experience with devices and printers.
• Experience with VPN and remote connectivity tools.
• AD user account administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and conferencing tech.
• Experience with asset inventory and procurement processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer focus.
• Ability to multitask in a project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and requests in the EUC team with first touch handling.
• Monitor call queue, prioritize incidents, and reconcile user accounts.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and security policies.
• Own issue progression from start to finish and update users.
• Mentor Workplace associates and act as escalation point.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for first-class support.
• Maintain relationships with other Service Operations teams.
• Identify improvements to EUC efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
