Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Business Analyst for ETRM Systems in Dubai. This role involves supporting a leading commodities multinational, enhancing ETRM systems, optimizing business processes, and ensuring effective change management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within commodities or energy trading environments.
• Strong understanding of ETRM systems and trading workflows.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to support change management, testing, and post-implementation support activities.
• Effective communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with vendors and system integrators on requirements validation, functional design, and testing.
• Act as the system subject matter expert, providing solutions and resolving complex issues.
• Lead or support projects to improve business processes and system efficiency.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, prepare test cases, and conduct testing.
• Formulate mitigation plans for operational risks during system cutovers.
• Deliver user training sessions and prepare documentation.
• Provide Level 2 support for the ETRM system, managing incidents and change requests.
