Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in estimation and tendering.
• Strong UAE-building/infrastructure project experience, preferably with a main contractor or EPC in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the estimation team for building and infrastructure projects.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, pricing, and quantity take-offs.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Ensure accurate and competitive tender pricing.
• Identify cost risks, assumptions, and potential savings.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Provide pricing recommendations to the Tender Manager.
• Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within tender deadlines.
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing information.
