Job summary

ITEC CONSTRUCTIONS in Dubai is seeking an experienced Estimator for a full-time on-site role. The candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates for complex building projects, reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantities and cost breakdowns.

You will manage tenders, coordinate with project teams and procurement, and support value engineering within a fast-paced environment. Dubai experience and a strong grasp of local market prices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Experience in estimating and quantity take-off for building projects is essential.
• Proficiency with estimation software and Excel for cost analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for building construction projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to extract quantities and cost breakdowns.
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations; assess risks and value engineering options.
