• Requires 20+ years of experience in contract management for major oil & gas, energy, infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑award contract administration activities, ensuring compliance and proactive management of obligations, variations, claims and correspondence.
• Manage claims, variations, disputes avoidance, and negotiations with timely resolution and cost/schedule optimization.
• Develop and communicate post‑award contract administration strategies to cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Oversee contract close‑out activities, including final accounts, settlement of claims, and contractual deliverables at project completion.
