Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior EOR/IOR Operations Specialist to lead screening and selection of recovery concepts for mature fields in the UAE. You will assess reservoir suitability, injectant options, facilities needs, and operational risks to enable design maturation and start-up surveillance.
You will translate opportunities into differentiated technical and commercial propositions, defend investment cases with senior stakeholders, and contribute to value delivery across the EOR/IOR value
Qualifications
- Experience in EOR/IOR design, screening, piloting, implementation or field optimization.
- Ability to defend recovery concepts and investment cases with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of recovery mechanisms and injection systems.
Responsibilities
- Leading the screening and selection of fit-for-purpose recovery improvement concepts for mature fields.
- Assessing reservoir suitability, injectant availability, facilities requirements, and operational risks.
- Translate opportunities into differentiated technical and commercial propositions and risk plans.
- Engage product or technical authority during design when needed.
- Quantify incremental recovery and value drivers for screening and investment decisions.
