Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise safe and efficient oil and gas production, processing, and export activities. The role ensures water, gas, CO2 injection, and related facilities run reliably while maintaining HSE compliance.

The incumbent will collaborate with planning, engineering and field teams to optimize performance, monitor processes, and lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain production

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
Commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance across operations.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage field activities.

Responsibilities

Review production targets and operating data to identify deviations.
Coordinate alarm management and field tests to optimize capacity and performance.
Ensure accurate data entries in production systems for recording and reporting.
Lead fault analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
Participate in risk assessments, site visits, and 5-year shutdown planning.
Provide guidance during emergencies as part of incident management.
Ensure adherence to ADNOC HSE procedures and company standards.
