Job summary

Set2recruit LTD seeks an Enterprise Integration Lead in the UAE to own hands-on deployment of an enterprise Facility Management platform. You will configure on-premise servers/VMs, establish SAML/SSO, and build/ troubleshoot REST API and Webhook integrations with SAP S/4HANA, BIM/Digital Twin, IoT/Kepware.

The role covers security hardening, production handover, and hypercare, collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, SAP, BIM and infrastructure teams to ensure a go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in enterprise deployment, system integration, or technical implementation.
• Hands-on on-premise deployment experience on Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure the Facility Management solution on customer on-premise servers and VMs, including app, DB, network, SSL/TLS and env setup.
• Stand up enterprise SSO with SAML 2.0, ADFS/Entra ID and OAuth/OpenID Connect, with user claims and role mapping.
• Build, configure and troubleshoot REST API and Webhook integrations across SAP S/4HANA, BIM/Digital Twin, IoT/Kepware and other systems.
• Deliver Digital Twin and BIM integration: asset-to-BIM mapping, metadata sync, iframe integration and live data visualization.
• Integrate IoT equipment and sensor data using Kepware, OPC UA, MQTT and REST interfaces.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, firewall rules, reverse proxy, load balancers, certificates and app connectivity.
• Run API, integration, deployment and security testing, analyse logs and resolve issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Partner with customer IT, cybersecurity, SAP, BIM and Infrastructure teams to land the platform.

About the opportunity

Our client is a well-funded UAE technology organisation that takes advanced, research-grade technology into real-world deployment. They are hiring an Enterprise Integration Lead to own the hands-on implementation of an enterprise Facility Management platform that brings together Facilio, BIM and Digital Twin applications, SAP S/4HANA, IoT/Kepware and corporate identity systems into one production-grade whole.

This is a builder's role, not an oversight one. You will take the solution from on-premise deployment through infrastructure configuration, SSO and identity integration, API-based system integration, Digital Twin integration, security hardening and troubleshooting, all the way to production handover. What you will do

• Deploy and configure the Facility Management solution on customer on-premise servers and VMs, covering application, database, network, SSL/TLS and environment configuration.
• Stand up enterprise SSO with SAML 2.0, ADFS/Entra ID and OAuth/OpenID Connect, including user claims and role mapping.
• Build, configure and troubleshoot REST API and Webhook integrations across SAP S/4HANA, BIM/Digital Twin, IoT/Kepware and other enterprise systems.
• Deliver Digital Twin and BIM integration: asset-to-BIM object mapping, metadata synchronization, iframe integration and live operational data visualization.
• Integrate IoT equipment and sensor data using Kepware, OPC UA, MQTT and REST interfaces.

• Run API, integration, deployment and security testing, analyse logs and resolve application, network, authentication and integration issues.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years in enterprise application deployment, system integration or technical implementation.
• Hands-on on-premise deployment experience on Linux/Ubuntu and/or Windows Server.
• Strong command of REST APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks, Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Practical SSO and identity integration experience, ideally SAML 2.0, ADFS/Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect.
• Solid networking and security fundamentals: DNS, firewall rules, SSL/TLS certificates, reverse proxy, load balancing and RBAC.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
• Track record supporting system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, troubleshooting and go-live.
• Clear technical documentation skills across deployment, integration, configuration and handover.
• Strong communication and the ability to coordinate across customer IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application and integration teams.
• Facility Management, CAFM, IWMS, CMMS or EAM platforms, ideally Facilio.
• Strong Linux/Ubuntu, Docker and Kubernetes for on-premise deployment, plus Helm, Kubernetes networking, Ingress, persistent storage, Secrets, RBAC, scaling and troubleshooting.
• Unity, BIM/Digital Twin integration, IFC/Revit models, asset mapping and 3D visualization.
• SAP S/4HANA and enterprise API integration.
• Kepware, OPC UA, MQTT and IoT integration.
• SSL/TLS, reverse proxy, load balancers, HA/DR, monitoring, backup and production support.
