Job summary

Synechron in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Enterprise Agentic AI architecture leader with 12+ years in software engineering, architecture, and enterprise delivery. The role centers on banking AI ecosystems, multi-cloud deployment, and secure, scalable solutions.

The candidate will design and deliver agentic AI architectures, orchestrate multi-tool stacks, and collaborate with product, cybersecurity, and operations teams to drive innovation in financial services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software/architecture experience in banking tech.
• 4+ years AI engineering or AI architecture experience, incl Generative AI and agentic AI.
• Experience delivering banking agents or full chat assistant capabilities in enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of banking systems, journeys, payments, regulatory aspects.
• Proficiency in Python, API integration, microservices, and cloud-native deployment.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experience with MCP servers, interoperability protocols like MCP, A2A, A2UI.
• Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI services, Bedrock.
• Security-first AI design: zero trust, IAM, data protection, privacy-by-design.
• Ability to present architecture decisions to governance forums (ARB, ADRs).
• Collaborate across engineering, product, cybersecurity, data, infra teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise AI architectures for banking with multi-cloud and secure design.
• Lead AI engineering/architecture projects including Generative AI and agentic solutions.
• Deliver banking agent capabilities integrated with enterprise systems.
• Define secure, scalable AI solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Design MCP server architecture and agent-to-agent communication patterns.
• Leverage Azure/AWS AI services for model deployment and management.
• Ensure zero-trust, data protection, and privacy-by-design in solutions.
• Present ADRs and architecture recommendations to governance bodies.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams.
• Drive innovation while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
