Job summary

Brickstech is seeking an experienced AI Architect to design enterprise-wide Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities for banking systems in Dubai. Lead architecture, reference patterns, governance, and secure deployments across platforms.

You will guide multi-agent ecosystems, RAG and memory management, tooling integration, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements while collaborating with engineering, product, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, AI engineering, security architecture, enterprise architecture or machine learning are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise-wide Agentic AI architecture and governance for banking use cases.
• Architect full-fledged conversational AI and agent platforms for retail banking covering customer servicing, payments and self-service journeys.
• Translate business, product and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure AI solution architectures.
• Design multi-agent ecosystems with planning, orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Lead architecture of RAG platforms, vector databases, grounding strategies and cost optimization.
• Define security architecture, zero-trust principles and secure API integration for banking workloads.
• Create ADRs, architecture documents and ARB-ready presentations for approvals.
• Collaborate across enterprise tech teams to build a sustainable AI ecosystem.
