Job summary

Dubai Municipality is seeking a licensing professional to review and assess licensing applications in line with approved regulations and standards. The role includes issuing commercial, professional and consultancy licenses for engineering offices and contracting companies, after verifying compliance with legal and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in licensing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess licensing applications to ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements in accordance with approved regulations and standards.
• Issue commercial, professional, and consultancy licenses for engineering consultancy offices, local contracting companies, branches of foreign engineering consultancy firms, partnership engineering offices, opinion engineering offices, branches of local and foreign contracting companies, joint ventures, as well as building materials suppliers and manufacturers, after verifying compliance with all legal and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with the relevant authorities to approve the authorized business activities and ensure that all licensing records and related data are updated accurately.
• Issue professional practice certificates for engineering personnel and register their technical, engineering, and skilled workforce in the approved professional registry, in accordance with the applicable legal and technical requirements.
• Document and maintain all records related to technical and engineering personnel in the approved databases and ensure their continuous updating and accuracy.
• Qualifications:bachelors.
• Major:Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 3 years .
