• Conduct assessments of engineering consultancy contract requirements to determine the most appropriate procurement method, ensuring alignment with project needs and organizational policies.
• Recommend the most suitable tendering approach for engineering consultancy services, provide justifications for the recommendation, and prepare the required documentation for approval by the competent authority.
• Coordinate with relevant organizational units to ensure that all technical requirements and contractual conditions are comprehensively incorporated into tender documents for engineering consultancy contracts.
• Review requests submitted by organizational units for the issuance of engineering consultancy tenders and verify compliance with all technical, regulatory, and legislative requirements and standards.
• Ensure that all tendering requests for engineering consultancy projects comply with the organization’s approved systems, regulations, and legislation, while preventing any conflicts with institutional policies.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Major: All Engineering Disciplines
• Experience: 3 years or above
