Job summary

Fortary Platform in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Fortary Platform engineering organization, guiding custody, blockchain integration, and key management initiatives. You will own the architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform, balancing security, compliance, and scale with strong leadership.

You will work with Product, Security, and executive stakeholders to align technology with regulatory requirements and customer needs, while

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
Proven track record owning security-critical platforms from architecture to production.
Deep cryptography knowledge including MPC/TEEs/HSMs.
Strong cloud-native design experience with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability.
Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC).

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallets, and blockchain integration capabilities.
Own the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform, including DR, governance, and security controls.
Partner with Product, Security, BD, and executives to prioritize engineering investments per customer, regulatory and business needs.
Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers while shaping a high-performance, security-focused culture.
