Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and execute site works as per approved drawings and plans.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and relevant authority regulations.
• Prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
• Implement risk management processes for identification and mitigation of risks.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
• Review schedules, analyze critical path updates, and communicate status to the project manager.

• Supervise Foreman and allocate works effectively as per plan.

Job description

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Supervise, plan and execute site works as per approved drawings, plans and method statements.
2. Maintain a high level of productivity, assuring time frames are met for projects occurring simultaneously and oversees reports on project
3. Ensure works are carried out as per HSE and relevant Authority regulations
4. Responsible for implementation of risk management process for identification and mitigation of risks
5. Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of teams
6. Review schedules, analyze critical path updates, schedule progress, evaluate schedule options, communicates schedule status to the project manager
7. Prepare detailed material, labor and equipment cost estimates
8. Supervise Foreman and allocate works effectively as per plan
