• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering is mandatory.
• 15+ years of oil and gas experience.
• 5+ years in GCC region.
• 5+ years in a similar position.
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, structural steel, piping and codes.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
