Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer - Fabrication Site based in Abu Dhabi with proven expertise in oil and gas.

You will plan, coordinate and supervise fabrication activities to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget, while complying with specifications and quality standards.

Candidates should have 15+ years in oil & gas, GCC experience, and strong leadership in EPC/EPCM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering mandatory.
• 15+ years of relevant oil & gas experience.
• 5 years in GCC region.
• 5 years in a similar senior position.
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, piping and codes.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments.
• Proven leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
