Job summary

Dubai Airports seeks a Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems (Electronics) to drive reliability across ELV systems, SCADA and BMS. You will lead failure analysis, implement improvement plans and coordinate with maintenance teams to optimize asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk-based maintenance approaches (FMECA, REM).
• Knowledge in LV/MV electrical, HVAC, instrumentation or related fields.
• Maximo CMMS knowledge from user perspective.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong reliability engineering principles, RCA, and condition monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance and operations teams on projects.

What you'll deliver

• You'll conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS Systems.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineer or related , acquired 5- 7 years of relevant & overall experience
• You will have knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk based maintenance approaches, such as FMECA, REM; Root Cause Analysis
• You will have knowledge in one of the applicable engineering systems (eg.LV,MV electrical,HVAC,Mechanic,SpecialSystems, Instrumentation&Control, Structural,Airfield)
• You will have good understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view.
• You will have written and verbal proficiency in English language
• You will have strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
• You will have proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.
• You will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• You will have skills in preparing presentations and reports for different management levels, effectively communicating technical findings and recommendations.
• You will have experience in managing projects and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• You will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• You will have certification in reliability or maintenance engineering (e.g., CMRP, CRE) will be an added advantage.
