Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Manager - Product Terminals to own and deliver technology roadmaps that support operational excellence at DXB and DWC. You will translate requirements into robust specifications and drive reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

You will lead cross-functional programs, partner with senior leadership, and foster innovation in digital capabilities to improve passenger experience and airport operations while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / computer engineering with 10-12 years of overall experience including 7-10 years in a relevant role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operational or mission-critical IT systems with complex integrations.
• Knowledge of TAM, resource management and optimization solutions, passenger processing and wayfinding solutions, A-CDM and AOP concepts, and related airport technologies.

• Define, own, and deliver technology roadmaps that support operational excellence at DXB and DWC.

• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.

• You'll have knowledge and awareness of Total Airport Management (TAM), Resource management and optimization solutions, Passenger processing and wayfinding solutions, Stakeholder Collaboration and Realtime monitoring solutions, Digital Twin for operational excellence, Prediction and flow modeling solutions, Queue management systems, Biometric system and solutions, Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) and Airport Operations Plan (AOP), Demand Capacity Balancing (DCB) concepts and platforms.
• You'll have a solid background in technology leadership, product ownership, and aviation domain expertise.
• You'll have expertise in system integration, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
• You'll have experience in delivering strategic initiatives in complex, high-pressure environments.
• You'll have excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
