Job summary

Dubai Airports seeks a Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems (Electronics) to drive reliability across ELV systems, SCADA and BMS. You will lead failure analysis, implement improvement plans and coordinate with maintenance teams to optimize asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk-based maintenance approaches (FMECA, REM).
Knowledge in LV/MV electrical, HVAC, instrumentation or related fields.
Maximo CMMS knowledge from user perspective.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong reliability engineering principles, RCA, and condition monitoring.
Experience coordinating with maintenance and operations teams on projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS.
Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle.
Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.
