Zusammenfassung

GHD in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to lead and deliver multidisciplinary energy projects across electricity networks, renewables, and energy storage. You will coordinate technical workstreams, support business development, and mentor junior professionals while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required, and occasional travel within the region may be necessary.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Energy or Power Engineering, or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in consulting, utilities, project development, engineering, EPC, Owner's Engineer or technical advisory environments.
• Demonstrated technical depth in electricity networks, renewable energy, energy storage, grid connection or related areas.
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; travel may be required.

• Lead proposals and support business development to win and deliver projects.
• Coordinate technical workstreams across electricity networks, renewables, storage and grid integration.
• Deliver feasibility studies, technical and techno-economic assessments.
• Review designs, specifications and documentation for alignment with standards.
• Mentor junior professionals and engage with clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage scopes with programme, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
