Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an experienced Manager – Employee Relations to join our People & Culture team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on developing and enforcing fair, compliant employee relations strategies across the organization.

You will lead the ER team, advise leadership on performance management and disciplinary actions, ensure policy adherence, and drive engagement initiatives while tracking key HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in employee relations or a related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive employee relations strategy aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.
• Lead and mentor the Employee Relations team with documentation, confidentiality, and compliant case management.
• Advise Directors and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellbeing efforts.
