Job summary

The Bahri & Mazroei Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Executive for ELV & ICT after-sales services to drive AMC revenue and lifecycle offerings across installed systems.

You will develop new service business, optimize AMC renewals, and build long-term relationships with end users, facility managers, consultants, and other stakeholders in the UAE ELV/ICT market.

Strong negotiation and a hunter‑farmer approach are essential to translate technical requirements into profitable service solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant sales experience in UAE ELV/ICT after-sales services.
• Experience selling AMCs, maintenance contracts, upgrades, retrofits and lifecycle services.
• Experience dealing with end users, Facility Management companies, property owners, government organizations, and commercial customers in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute service sales plans to achieve AMC revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new AMC and maintenance opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Manage relationships with end users, facility managers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
