Job summary

Lift Mart is seeking an Installation Supervisor to manage elevator/escalator installation on site in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate technicians, and ensure safety and quality across all phases.

The role requires a Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant supervision experience, plus a valid UAE driving license. English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Job description

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing elevator and escalator installation works on site. This role ensures that all activities are executed according to project specifications, timelines, safety, and quality standards. The Supervisor will coordinate technicians and helpers, manage daily site progress, and report directly to the Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

• Lead and monitor daily installation activities on assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Allocate and adjust manpower according to site requirements.

2. Team Coordination

• Supervise technicians and helpers to complete tasks on time.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.
• Report manpower and site issues to the Installation Manager.

3. Progress & Reporting

• Record daily progress and submit timely reports.
• Ensure documentation, site photos, and inspection records are completed.
• Escalate material shortages, civil readiness issues, or project delays.

4. Quality & Safety

• Conduct regular quality checks during all installation phases.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure PPE compliance.
• Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) where required.
• Coordinate with consultants and client representatives during inspections.
• Communicate professionally to resolve site-level concerns.
