Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an Instructor – Training Center / Electrical to design, deliver and assess electrical engineering training for ADNOC employees and contractors at the Abu Dhabi site. The role focuses on creating engaging courses, maintaining training records, and developing impact-driven training plans to enhance technical competencies in oil and gas operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 years experience in oil and gas / petrochemical / chemical process.
• Minimum 1 year experience in training and ability to prepare training materials.
• Train the trainer certification.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan and provide courses and material focusing on quality and standard.
• Deliver basic safety and safety-related training to ADNOC Onshore personnel.
• Prepare training records and generate statistics and reports.
• Develop training plans and assess trainee performance.
• Evaluate training requirements from incident findings and feedback.
