ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an Electrical Training Instructor to design, produce and present electrical engineering courses for nominated employees at sites. You will deliver both general and tailored technical instruction, administer assessments and maintain course quality in line with company standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years in oil & gas environments, including 1 year in training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical processing environments.

Responsabilités

Design and deliver electrical engineering courses and training sessions for employees at different experience levels.
Prepare training materials and structured lesson plans that meet identified technical requirements.
Conduct recurring general courses and specialized courses tailored to operational needs.
Test participants' understanding, identify knowledge gaps and adjust instruction accordingly.
Evaluate the content and delivery quality of third-party training providers.
Encourage trainees to share operational experiences and feedback.
