The role involves collaborating with teams, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency in tools like PLS-CADD and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on overhead line projects.
• Extensive knowledge of transmission line design and construction practices.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overhead transmission line projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with teams to develop project plans.
• Review engineering designs for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for project needs.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and QA checks.
• Verify as-built documents and certify materials.
• Manage project documentation for accurate record-keeping.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
