A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, with 5 years specifically in Construction Administration in the UAE. Responsibilities include monitoring electrical works, reviewing technical submittals, and coordinating MEP activities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and strong technical knowledge in electrical systems and codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years total experience with 5 years in Construction Administration in the UAE.
• 5 years experience in the Middle East.
• Complete project understanding in a given discipline, from start to handover.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Electrical scope of works for contract compliance.
• Review and approve Electrical technical submittals.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP activities and operations.
• Manage the Electrical inspectors.
• Assist with inspection and monitoring of electrical works.

Skills

Healthcare design and supervision experience

Excellent knowledge of Electrical systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong technical background

Ability to review documentation

Excellent command of Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
