Dubai Holding’s real estate arm seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical scope across multiple developments from concept to handover, coordinating design reviews and technical deliverables.

The role requires 12-15+ years in major real estate or infrastructure projects, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of DEWA, SIRA, and Dubai Civil Defence processes to ensure timely approvals and flawless commissioning.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
12-15+ years in electrical engineering for major developments.
Experience managing consultants, contractors and bid reviews.
Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DEWA, SIRA, Dubai Civil Defence).

Mansioni

Lead electrical engineering scope across developments from concept to handover.
Review electrical designs, specifications, calculations, BIM models, and deliverables.
Oversee power, lighting, ELV, ICT, AV, security, and smart-building systems.
Manage MEP consultants, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and consultant appointments.
Ensure compliance with UAE authorities; monitor progress and resolve issues.
Lead testing, commissioning, approvals, and handover activities.
Manage project risks and contractor performance across multiple developments.
Provide leadership and foster best practices and continuous improvement.
