Job summary

Azizi Developments, a prominent Dubai-based developer, is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join our supervision team. You will ensure electrical installations meet project specifications, UAE regulations, and the highest quality standards across luxury high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, reviewing drawings and specs, monitoring power distribution, lighting, wiring and panels; compiling comprehensive reports with photos, and

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Inspector or in a similar role.
Experience on high-rise building and residential construction projects in the UAE.
Experience working exclusively with consulting firms.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections of electrical installations on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and safety standards.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to codes.
Monitor electrical works including power distribution, lighting, wiring, panels, and related systems.
Prepare comprehensive inspection reports with photographic documentation and submit findings to the project manager or client.
Ensure all electrical installations meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
