Job summary

Wood is seeking a senior Electrical Engineering professional to lead PMC activities for ADNOC oil and gas projects in the UAE. You will ensure electrical engineering compliance across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up phases.

The role requires 15+ years in oil & gas, PMC experience in the region, and familiarity with ADNOC standards. A CICPA qualification and UAE work visa eligibility are essential for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects and related sectors.
• PMC experience is highly preferable.
• Experience on large-scale EPC/EPCM projects (CAPEX > USD 500M).
• Middle East / GCC experience on projects with major clients is a must.
• At least 3+ years in similar position and 5+ years in PMC roles on Middle East projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications and work practices is essential.
• Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering expertise and technical oversight within the PMC team for ADNOC oil & gas projects.
• Ensure EPC/PMC activities comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications and international codes.
• Support project execution through FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up phases.

Job Objective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects upstream offshore industry working for competitors organization such as Kent, KBR, Worley, Petrofac, Saipem
• PMC experience is high preferable
• Large projects experience is must
• Middle East / GCC experience on projects with Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, PDO, etc. is a must
• At least 3+ years experience in similar position
• At least 5+ years in a PMC role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects
