Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy seeks an experienced E&I Foreman with ADNOC project exposure to lead daily site electrical and instrumentation works in Abu Dhabi. You will guide site crews, ensure installations align with drawings, and uphold ADNOC safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising E&I technicians, executing works per loop diagrams and cable schedules, controlling materials and tools, and reporting progress to the site engineer.

Qualifications

• Direct experience as an E&I Foreman on ADNOC projects.
• Strong hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation experience in Oil & Gas / EPC environments.
• UAE-based location with immediate availability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise E&I technicians and workers in daily site installation tasks.
• Read and execute works according to E&I drawings, loop diagrams, cable schedules and tray layouts.
• Ensure proper handling of site tools, instruments, cables and installation materials.
• Enforce site safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and report progress to the site engineer.
