Archirodongroup seeks an experienced E&I Foreman to supervise daily E&I activities on-site in Abu Dhabi. You will lead installation of electrical and instrumentation systems, coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams, and ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA and ADNOC safety rules.
Read drawings, manage manpower, and support pre-commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, ADNOC/GCC experience preferred, and a technical diploma/ITI
Supervise daily E&I works and workforce at site.
Execute electrical and instrumentation installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise installation of cables, cable trays, glands, terminations, lighting, earthing, panels, JB's, instruments, tubing, and supports .
Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, loop checking, and testing activities.
Ensure proper cable routing, tagging, termination, and dressing.
Coordinate with Construction Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
Ensure PTW, JSA/RA, toolbox talks, LOTO, and ADNOC Life Saving Rules are followed.
Check availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, instrument hook-ups, and loop diagrams.
Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and site housekeeping.
Coordinate inspections and rectification of punch-list items.
Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the E&I Supervisor/Construction Engineer.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
8+ years of experience as an E&I Foreman in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or Industrial projects.
ADNOC/UAE or GCC project experience preferred.
Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics .
Strong knowledge of E&I installation and construction practices.
Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings.
Good knowledge of PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA, HSE requirements, and safe work practices .
Experience in brownfield/live-plant environments is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and manpower coordination skills.
Previous ADNOC project experience or approval , where applicable.
Experience with major EPC contractors.
Knowledge of ADNOC construction and HSE requirements.
