Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, part of the Ghobash Group, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site activities for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee multi-discipline teams across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with ADNOC specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

15+ years of oil & gas construction experience.
10+ years in ADNOC projects onshore.
Experience in live plant brownfield modifications and shutdowns.
ADNOC PTW Holder and Supervisor certifications preferred.
IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent preferred HSE certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead site construction activities across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom and Commissioning.
Develop and implement construction execution strategies, work packs, resource plans and schedules.
Ensure activities comply with IFC drawings, method statements, risk assessments and ADNOC specs.
Monitor progress, drive recovery plans to address delays, and manage interfaces.
Lead safety reviews, toolbox talks and HAZID/workshops to ensure zero incidents.
