Job summary

Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based brokerage, is expanding its real estate sales team. This role focuses on residential and commercial properties, with a 50%–70% commission structure and fresh daily leads supported by full marketing resources.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and a valid UAE driving license. You will work independently and alongside a team to close deals in the Dubai/UAE secondary market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• Dubai/UAE secondary market experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads via telesales to close sales.
• Utilize marketing support and company tools to convert clients.
• Maintain client relationships in the Dubai/UAE secondary market.
• Travel as needed with a valid UAE driving license.
