Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Principal Dry Utilities Engineer for our Abu Dhabi office to lead electrical infrastructure design across MV/LV power, substations, street lighting, telecom and ELV systems. You will oversee multi-disciplinary projects, support bids, mentor teams and ensure HSE compliance while delivering on tender to delivery.

The role requires a B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership skills and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role or project.
• Experience on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Technical support on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects delivery.
• Support bids, with a focus on winning proposals.
• Build relationships with clients to secure repeat business and identify opportunities.
• Build and motivate a team and demonstrate strong leadership.
• Report on project performance and progress.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and foster a safety culture.
• Assist in developing a motivated team and growth opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise on a variety of large engineering projects.
• Support designs and budgets and drive tender-to-delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Increase networking with internal and external clients.
