Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to lead the design and delivery of dry utility networks (MV, LV, street lighting and telecom) on major UAE/KSA infrastructure projects. You will coordinate drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in design and delivery of dry utility infrastructure.
• Proven MV/LV, street lighting and telecom network design experience.
• Experience on major UAE and/or KSA infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, ETAP, and DIALux evo; Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of MV, LV, Street Lighting, and Telecommunications networks.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate drawings, BIM models, and documents.
• Ensure designs comply with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate dry utility designs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage design coordination, QA/QC, technical reviews, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery.
