Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of MV, LV, street lighting and telecommunications networks across major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and drive design quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of dry utility experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, ETAP, and DIALux evo; Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in dry utility design and delivery.
• Proven experience in MV, LV, street lighting and telecommunications network design.
• Proven UAE and/or KSA infrastructure project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, ETAP and DIALux evo; Revit is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, coordination, QA/QC and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of MV, LV, street lighting and TEL networks.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate drawings, BIM models, and technical docs.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards, client requirements and codes.
• Coordinate dry utility designs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage design coordination, QA/QC, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project planning and delivery.
