Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior Drilling/Workover professional to lead integrated project teams for Biogenic Shallow Gas wells. You will define field development plans, endorse drilling programs, and manage cost, schedules, and HSE across onshore/offshore operations in the UAE.

The role requires an engineering degree and 8+ years in drilling. Experience with OPCOs in the UAE and familiarity with Landmark software are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in Drilling/Workover Engineering and Operations.
• Experience with UAE OPCOs preferred; offshore experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage lump-sum turnkey campaign scope of work and related activities.
• Lead drilling teams and approve drilling programs and AFE.
• Define field development plans and coordinate with engineers and petrophysicists.
• Ensure HSE compliance and progress reporting to management.
