Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Dredging Project Manager to lead day-to-day dredging activities, ensuring completion within deadlines and budget while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The role involves contributing to detailed project plans, providing weekly progress reports, and coordinating with crews and multiple departments to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Engineering Master or bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5 years of dredging project experience.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong understanding of dredging processes and equipment.
• Ability to transform CSV data into readable reports.
• Leadership and communication with crew.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dredging activities on a project.
• Provide input for the detailed project plan.
• Ensure activities follow the project plan.
• Provide weekly reports on milestones, progress and budget.
• Delegate tasks to dredge supervisors and senior dredge masters.
• Assess performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Identify risks and mitigations; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders for information transfer.
• Plan staffing for dredging activities.
• Collaborate with Technical, QA/HSE, Estimation & Operational Advisory departments.
