Job summary

The Director of Support Services at the Human Resources Department of Ras Al Khaimah Government leads governance and optimization of HR, accounts and finance, procurement, and office administration across the authority.

You will establish policies, controls, and service standards, drive audit readiness, and act as trusted advisor to the General Manager while ensuring cross-location collaboration and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in corporate or shared services roles.
• At least 5 to 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing finance and multiple G&A functions.
• Experience in government, semi-government, or regulated organizations preferred.
• Strong proficiency with ERP and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance for HR, Accounts and Finance, Procurement, and Office Administration.
• Define operating models, roles, responsibilities, and decision rights for centralized and distributed support services.
• Establish service standards and internal SLAs across locations.
• Ensure alignment of support services with strategic objectives and plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure closure of findings.
